I enjoyed teaching fitness that was never the problem
I was busy balancing full timework as an RN, and a health coach All while chasing around my toddler,
And trying not to take my husband and our marriage for granted.

After I had my son, reality hit and I knew it was time for a change
I was 100lbs overweight.
I was feeling an insane amount of mom guilt for working full time in a job I hated.
I was exhausted.

After having a baby, I thought I could just continue with my regular exercise and eat healthy and the weight would come off, But it didn’t.

But once I researched, understood and implemented this approach, I began losing weight, fast!
